Welcome to Daniel Boone Community Action Agency‘s Appointment Scheduler.  You may use this scheduler to make an appointment for the 2022 Fall Subsidy phase of the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).

Residents wishing to apply must schedule an appointment utilizing this automated appointment system. LIHEAP Fall Subsidy will operate from November 7, 2022 through December 16, 2022, or until funding is depleted, whichever comes first.

Applicants must be Clay, Jackson, Laurel or Rockcastle County residents with a household income at or below 130% of the federal poverty guidelines.

Approved applicants will receive a subsidy benefit towards their heating source. If your electric bill is included in your rent, you can receive rental assistance instead.

After scheduling an appointment, be sure to upload or bring all required documentation which is listed in more detail below.

Eligibility for all programs is subject to program calendars, fund availability, appointment availability, verifiable household income and family size. Clients are served on a first-come, first-served basis.

Participation in prior LIHEAP seasons will have no effect on the applicant's eligibility for the current LIHEAP season.
